Whether you’re sprucing up your home for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or just celebrating the autumn vibes, this charming pumpkin is sure to be a standout piece. Not only is it easy to make, but it’s also a fun way to repurpose everyday items into something truly special.

This adorable punch bowl pumpkin was contributed by Lynn Wood. We loved her design so much we asked if we could share her photos here with you. Thanks for sharing Lynn.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Glue the Bowls Together: Start by using E6000 glue to securely attach the two punch bowls together, with their open ends facing each other. This forms the basic shape of your pumpkin. Allow the glue to dry completely.

Painting the Pumpkin: Once the glue is dry, apply a coat of cream chalk paint to the entire surface of the joined bowls. This will create a smooth, even base. After the chalk paint has dried, go over it with orange acrylic paint to give your pumpkin that classic fall color. Finish off with a coat of matte spray sealer to protect the paint and give it a finished look.

Create the Stem: Take a toilet paper roll and cut it down to your desired stem height. For added sturdiness, stuff the roll with a paper towel. Next, glue a small strip of ribbon across the top of the tube. Then, using E6000 glue, start attaching the rope around the roll, beginning at the top and wrapping it all the way around until it’s fully covered.

Attach the Stem: Center the stem on the top of your pumpkin and secure it using both E6000 glue and hot glue. This will ensure a strong hold.

Add a Bow and Leaves: Create a decorative bow using your chosen ribbon. Attach it to the base of the stem with a combination of E6000 glue and hot glue. For an extra fall touch, glue a few faux leaves and a small piece of straw ribbon to the back of the stem.

Final Touches: Once everything is glued in place, let your pumpkin sit undisturbed until all the glue has fully dried.

Your Dollar Tree punch bowl pumpkin is now ready to be displayed! Whether it’s part of your porch decor or a centerpiece for your dining table, this creative pumpkin is sure to impress.
